Every week the team lost hours consolidating sales, ops and targets from scattered sheets for the committee — late, inconsistent data.

I automated the consolidation: the dashboard pulls the sources, computes the KPIs and builds the weekly review view focused on variance vs. target. One click instead of a morning of copy-paste.
