The problem

Entering a new country means million-dollar decisions on volatile assumptions —fleet, hubs, headcount, FX. The board needs to see scenarios, not a static Excel nobody understands.

The system

A web app that models P&L, fleet, hubs, cash and timeline per scenario, with a boardroom presentation mode. I used it to plan Argentina’s entry bottom-up.
